Kurt’s work is focused on authenticity, images that feel like a slice of life captured, not staged.

Photographs were Kurt’s first creative passion. He’s spent years directing motion for brands and agencies around the world, and somewhere along the way the stills shoots became just as important. All the prep and planning are there for one reason: to set the stage for real moments, and capture them in a way that gives them meaning.

On set, Kurt is the person you want running the room. He’s funny, calm, organized, and genuinely good with talent and clients alike. He’s a natural leader, a problem solver, and the kind of photographer who makes people comfortable enough to actually be themselves.

He’s based in St. Louis and shoots everywhere. Beyond photography, he runs a production company, makes art, and raises a couple of kids who are already cooler than him.
